These Terms govern use of DoneTax+, operated by DoneLabs Ltd (Co. No. 17056937). By using DoneTax+ you agree to these Terms. DoneTax+ is exclusively for authorised UK tax agents with a valid HMRC Agent Services Account.
You must be a qualified tax agent, hold a valid HMRC Agent Services Account, have lawful authority to act on behalf of each client, and have obtained all necessary client consents.
DoneTax+ enables agents to add clients by NINO, record transactions, manage quarterly cartridges, and submit to HMRC. DoneTax+ does not provide tax advice. HMRC's calculation engine is authoritative. Submission deadlines remain your professional responsibility.
Monthly: £19.99/mo base + £1.99/client seat. Annual: £199.99/year + £1.99/client seat. Processed via Stripe. Cancel anytime — takes effect end of billing period. No partial month refunds. Data retained 30 days post-cancellation.
You are responsible for accuracy of all client data entered. You must have lawful authority and client consent. You must comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Must not submit false information to HMRC, access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, share credentials, or use for unlawful purposes.
All IP including the Cartridge Model architecture is owned by DoneLabs Ltd. Limited non-exclusive licence granted for use of the service only.
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid in preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
DoneLabs Ltd may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement.
England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
